A Red Table Wine from the Yakima Valley AVA by Mark Wysling.
The freshness and generous berry flavors of this wine reminded me of Thanksgiving. Add this one to your list and contact Mark today for availability. Contact information below.
Tasting Notes
Color: Plum red, clear to pink rim.
Nose: Boysenberry, mixed berry, Logan berry, soft smoke, leather, cola.
Palate: Bright, red fruit, juicy, medium body, generous fresh berry, chocolate-cola finish. Yum!
Thoughts: For me this is a food wine. I paired it with a sandwich of a french bread roll, mayo, mustard, avocado, sliced onion, provolone cheese, roast beef and a little olive oil. Tasty pairing. This wine was a good match to the oil and meat. The next day it was as bright as on day one, after 32 hours it was a touch smoother and still very tasty. Serve with food and enjoy. Drink now and over the next five years. Recommended.
